  Hi Friends!

  This membership is sooooo long overdue! My name is Markeisha, I am a Columbus native! Went to East High School, Wright State (got home sick) and came to The Ohio State to finish my Civil Engineering degree. I LOVE STE(A)M! I LOVE working with kids! I love learning about the ocean and the mysteries of it. My favorite book right now is Atomic Habits by James Clear.

  I have one child (who will be 1 in 9 days), a husband (a musician) and a dog (Mase). I love sci-fi tv series (Jordan Peele The Twilight Zone, Black Mirror, From etc.). I am a BIG R&B head. Most of my adult career has been in youth services, non-profit work. I have worked for Boys & Girls Club of Central Ohio and a few grass root organizations. My passion right now is youth advocacy and I kinda fall all over the spectrum. Over the years I’ve niched it down to workforce and leadership development.

  I’ve founded two almost three companies, A skincare company ( Bom Skin & Co.), a branding firm (Bom Brand Co.) and a tech company called Apexpenuer Technologies. I look forward to getting to know each one of you! Please let me know if you wanna link for coffee or lunch, maybe a drink!!!!
