Whew!!! This fitness life is something I have been struggling with so much. I had a health scare recently and it just reminded me that I am doing a great job at taking care of ZH, taking care of my fam, taking care of my career… and a TERRIBLE job taking care of myself. Maybe in the new year I’ll see if a few tribe members would be open to going on a fitness journey with me. 🏋🏾‍♀️

I get it LC! I tell my clients, we don’t truly appreciate what being/feeling healthy feels like until something has happened that it becomes our A-HA moment. The best way we can continue to take care of others, is when we begin to understand that taking care of ourselves first (not a selfish thing) needs to happen. Looking forward to a healthy and successful journey for you! Cheering you on!
