    For any Tribe members who might be interested in Making It Right, Getting It Tight Virtual style:

    I am leading virtual fitness Tabata classes!

    All classes are 30 min in length. I will provide twice a week, totaling 12 sessions right before the New Year begins.

    Each session you schedule for are $7

    You will get more than just a workout from me 🤗 you are also going to be added to my fitness app into my group chat where I will send tips, encouragement and challenges to help keep you accountable That’s how I always do with those I work with because it’s more than just exercise.

    There is no obligation to attend every session. You choose/pay for the sessions you want to attend.

    Hi Crystal,

    Okay, so I saw no replies to messages I’ve put up but also saw no replies to others’ messages. So I’m going to try to go through and respond to as many people’s messages as possible. We’re not going to let these words fall to the ground! Let’s see how many I can do in 20 mins… 🙂

    I have no idea what Tabata is, but it sounds like you have a good system going for providing wraparound fitness support. That’s so important! I myself have been working on my fitness habits this week. Have a good day!

    Hello there Johari!

    I appreciate you!! Tabata is a interval base format the works both your strength and conditioning in 4 minute bouts. the intervals are 20 sec of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. I have been leading this kind of format for years. Although it can be challenging, it is fun and effective. I look to start another season of Tabata classes in the near future.
